How do I pay for an order?

To pay for an order on The Big Wedding Store follow these steps:

Option 1:

  1. When your order is confirmed you will receive an email for The Big Weddings Store.
  2. Open the email and scroll down to where it says “”To pay for this order please use the following link: pay
  3. Click on the “pay” link
  4. This will take you to your order screen on our website.
  5. Currently we support Paypal payments. This can be used even if you do not have a PayPal account and wish to use credit card.
  6. Click “I agree with the Terms and Conditions”
  7. Click Pay with PayPal.

  2. Go into “My Account”
  3. Click “Orders”
  4. Find the order you wish to pay
  5. Click “Pay”

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel for an order on The Big Wedding Store follow these steps:

  1. Go to our website www.thebigweddingstore.com
  2. Go into “My Account”
  3. Click “Orders”
  4. Find the order you wish to cancel
  5. Click “Cancel”

Please note it is only possible to cancel the order before payment.  Once payment has been processed the order cannot be cancelled.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Generally, orders are delivered within 3 – 60 working days.

If the we have not shipped the order before the agreed date, you can always contact the us directly to agree on a new date; or make a Refund Request. If the order does not arrive we will refund your order 100%.

How do I make a refund request?

If you wish to have a refund you can send us an email at support@thebigweddingstore.com  .  Please include full details regarding the reason for your refund request.  As well please submit photos, the attachment for the dispute form should be jpg, jpg, bmp, gif, png and each document should be less than 2MB. Please note that word, excel and other attachments are unable to be supported.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly. However, it may take 7-10 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Late Refunds

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do:

Credit Card Refund and Debit Card: Contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

I am not satisfied with the product received. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with your product you can email us anytime at support@thebigweddingstore.com  .  Please send us a detailed report letting us know why you are not satisfied with your product.  Also attach photos, the attachment for the dispute form should be jpg, jpg, bmp, gif, png and each document should be less than 2MB. Please note that word, excel and other attachments are unable to be supported.

We will review your support request and get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your email.

How to check my order status?

To check your order status on The Big Wedding Store the steps are:

  1. Go to “My Account”
  2. Click Orders
  3. Each order will have a status for your review.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership you can contact us anytime at support@thebigweddingstore.com

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated on weight, dimensions and the location of the customers shipping address.  Once you place your order our team will check the items and calculate IF there is any shipping costs.  In many cases the shipping is free.  If there are any shipping costs we will revise the invoice and email you an updated version.

Can I see product prices in my local currency?

The Big Wedding Store supports many different currencies.  To see if your local currency is supported:

  1. Scroll down on any page to the “Currency Switcher”
  2. Open the drop down menu to find your local currency.
  3. Once chosen it will convert all products to the currency you have chosen.

If you don’t see your local currency please email support@thebigweddingstore.com or contact us via the Messenger Chat and let us know which currency you would like us to add.

Will all products in my order arrive at the same time?

The Big Wedding Store uses many different suppliers to ensure that the products we supply are of a high quality.  If you order many different products they will come from different suppliers.  Although this shipping time will be similar the actual products will arrive at different times.
