  • Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express.

Shipping fees are calculated on the basis of weight, size and volume.

If you feel the shipping fee is too high for an item you would like to order, you may contact us directly to see if there is a better solution.

If we change the shipping cost, we will modify the amount as per agreement before payment. Or you may also choose alternative shipping methods to lower the shipping cost.

Before my order has been shipped

How do I set my shipping address?
To add a new address, please follow steps below:

  1. Move your mouse to “My Account” and click “Addresses
  2. Click “edit” and enter your new shipping information. Enter your new shipping information under “Add a New Address”
  3. Click “Save Address”

Shipping address should be in English

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuation’s.

If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

To make sure you receive your order smoothly, you can directly contact us directly to confirm your shipping address is correct.

 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully.

If you have made payment and want to change your shipping address, please directly contact us to inform of your new address before your order is shipped out.

If you did not make payment yet, you can ignore the order with the incorrect shipping and replace a new order with your correct shipping address. The unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after the due day.

 

After my order has been shipped

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Generally, orders are delivered within 3 – 60 working days.

If the we have not shipped the order before the agreed date, the buyer can always contact the us directly to agree on a new date; or make a Refund Request.

When my order has arrived

I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can open a dispute before the order is closed. you may follow the below steps to Open Dispute:

  1. Click on “My Account”
  1. Click on “Orders”
  1. Find the relevant order and click “Get Help”
  1. Submit your refund request

Please be advised to open a dispute before the deadline, or the order will be completed.

Returns & Refund Guarantee

Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by The Big Wedding Store.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with The Big Wedding Store.

Scope of Guarantee

All products on The Big Wedding Store have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the seller offers Easy Returns)
